My Favorite Exercise to Get Kids Started in Lifting

I'm a big believer in starting children while they're young. Here's why RDLs are my favorite exercise.

I'm a big believer in starting children in fitness and exercise early. My own son, at three years old, will sometimes play in adult fitness classes doing bear crawls, burpees, and bodyweight lunges with abandon. It's quite motivating for the adult clients to see a little speed demon streaking in front of them giggling.
