He also explained why he encourages his athletes to participate in the Open, which starts Feb. 26. In terms of connecting with members and the general public, Richards detailed how he uses social media and why he puts his pricing structure right on the home page of his website. With a suggestion box at his gym, Richards shared one eye-opening recommendation from a member. The owner said being open to criticism will only help enhance his affiliate and improve the athlete experience.
